After the announcement of the official arrival date of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, new information was leaked about the content that will be offered in the pre-purchase editions, in addition to offering the base game, including great gifts and content.
According to the leak, each pre-purchase will give you early access to the BETA game, however, PlayStation users are the ones who will have the advantage as again, they will be the first to experience the access beta before others.

In the latest installments of the Call of Duty saga, PlayStation users have benefited from early Beta versions, such as Cold War, Modern Warfare 2019, and the most recent Vanguard. This, due to a commercial agreement between Sony and Activision, which not only offered PlayStation users access to early betas, but also to great exclusive content.
Many people thought that this deal culminated with Microsoft’s purchase of Activision Blizzard, but they have yet to understand that the acquisition is still in progress, so all Activision Blizzard games are not yet owned by Microsoft.
Everything points to the fact that for the rest of the year, PlayStation users will continue to enjoy this agreement, but when we get to 2023 and if the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard concludes well, the future of the agreement between Sony and Activision remains uncertain. What is known is that Activision Blizzard games will continue to come to PlayStation despite Microsoft’s purchase.
It’s possible that this will be the last early beta for PlayStation gamers, we can only wait for the Microsoft buyout to end and see what might happen.
